ARE THE CLASSES OPEN-LEVEL?
FLOWGA classes are fun and challenging practices that will make you work and sweat. Our classes are open to all levels. Yoga is all about your personal journey on the mat with no judgements and a “can do” attitude. Our teachers will offer options, modifications and adjustments as needed. We recommend ‘Simmer Down’ classes for beginners which is practiced at a slower pace focusing on foundations and alignment.  

ARE ALL THE CLASSES HEATED?
Our room is heated to 35-40 degrees celsius using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which when absorbed by our body can increase blood circulation, enhance the immune system and reduce joint pain and inflammation.  

CAN I PRACTICE HOT YOGA DURING PREGNANCY?
Hot yoga involves certain considerations that must be taken into account before practicing in a hot room. Please consult with your medical professional prior to classes.  

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
We have 3 showers and a refresh station in the female changing room, and 2 showers and a refresh station in the male changing room.  

ARE ALL CLASSES DONE TO MUSIC?
At FLOWGA, music is an integral part of the yoga experience. The classes are driven by beats from hip-hop all the way to your latest pop songs on your “Top Hits” playlist. That’s what our culture is about.  

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Please bring an open mind, deep breath as well as your water bottle, as you are sure to sweat!  

WHAT DO I WEAR?
Comfortable athletic clothes that allow you to flow. No shoes or socks inside of the FLOWGA room.  

CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can freeze your Unlimited Flows membership with a doctor’s note, regarding pregnancy and/or an injury. Flow packages can’t be suspended or frozen.  

DO YOU ALLOW DROP-INS?
We do allow drop-ins but we recommend signing up in advance especially for evening and weekend classes, as these tend to fill up quickly.  

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF YOUR CLASSES?
All classes are 60-minutes. Special classes and events will differ.

CAN I BRING MY DOG TO THE STUDIO?
Absolutely! We love our furry friends at the studio.
